The Imported Cheese Board Food Service and Retailer Trip to SIAL

ATTENTION: Cheese Buyers

You may be eligible to win a trip to the SIAL show in Paris France!

The Imported Cheese Board is sponsoring a trip to The Salon International de l'Agroalimentaire (SIAL), the largest food exhibition in the world, taking place in Paris France, October 18-22, 2020.

Discover the latest trends and innovations in cheese, including display and packaging from around the world.

Fifteen participants will be chosen in a random drawing to win an all-expense paid educational trip to the SIAL show in Paris France. The program includes educational tours as well as networking with industry experts and other learning opportunities in and around Paris.

To qualify, food service cheese buyers and retailers should meet one of the following criteria:

Retailers: Purchase at least 250,000 lbs. of wholesale specialty cheese per year or have 5 or more retail stores.

Food Service Buyers: Purchase 250,000 lbs of wholesale specialty cheese per year or have 15 or more restaurant locations or 15 or more cruise lines or hotels.

Funding for the Food Service and Retailer trip is generated from the Qualified Importer Program that is derived from the assessment importers pay on dairy products imported into the U.S. No corporate funds are involved.

Deadline to Apply: July 30, 2020.

All items must be completed and sent to The Imported Cheese Board Headquarters. Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
