USDA AUTHORIZES FIRST 2007 GLOBALIZATION
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service announced on June 22, 2007 that it had approved a request to globalize the tariff-rate quota for Italian-type Cheese (HTS Additional U.S. Note 21) from Romania.
Starting on June 22, 2007, holders of import license for Italian-type Cheese from Romania may enter one hundred percent (100%) of their unused license amount from any and all countries for the remainder of the 2007 quota year.
