Increasing Rate of Press Coverage on Raw Milk and Raw Milk Products

In yet another article in a major media outlet, the Wall Street Journal today highlights the growing controversy over the safety of raw milk and raw milk products. Following more vocal warnings from FDA over the consumption of raw milk, growing activity on both sides in state legislatures, and articles in the New York Times and other high-profile sources, today’s article is worth a read for anyone in the dairy products business.

We suspect this issue will become even more intense later this year when FDA releases its long-awaited risk profile for cheese. In the meantime, we want to make sure all members are aware of the growing discussion.
